Leading Change

Change is the new normal. Whether it is a new technology, client, merger, boss, or a new level of responsibility, your career path will continue to evolve every day. There is always an opportunity to do things differently and (hopefully) better – endless possibilities to evolve as fast as the world around you.

How will you succeed when at least 25% of your job isn’t in your job description?

By embracing the possibilities. By becoming a change agent who can develop and set a vision and leverage her personal brand to influence people to adopt a new direction. When you can communicate effectively, lead with purpose and strategically network, you will find success and satisfaction in your career and personal life.

Yet change is intimidating. And even when you want to make change happen, it is hard to know where to start or how to align your team or your organization to pull in the same direction. To effect change, you need to take risks and get comfortable with not knowing and not always being in control of the future.

In this workshop, we will talk about the skills you need to be an effective change agent, how to craft a compelling vision, enroll others to get involved in what you have underway, and even why it matters to your career. Bring your questions and your experiences to share for what promises to be a lively session.
