LWT’s signature program is WILPower, a year-long leadership development and networking program for women. Participants in WILPower boost their knowledge and skills through a series of interactive workshops, as well as “WILPower Ring” network and discussion groups. WILPower programs are held in Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York and Seattle.

Hipower is a select group of women corporate leaders focused on graduating each woman’s leadership role from professional success to wide-ranging significance. Hipower women support and challenge each other to play a bigger game. We do this by building deep, strong bonds with each other and holding each other accountable to take the action that is needed to deliver the future we envision.This program is for senior professional women who are vice president or partner level or above, have presented in at least 3 public speaking engagements or have had at least 3 articles published by a third party, and are on at least one board (for-profit or non-profit).
